The Craft of Acting:
Sundays  Dec. 3, 10, 17, 2017 Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28 + Feb 4, 2018
10:00AM-12:00PM Post Theater

Students will study basic theatre crafts, characterization, improvisation, script analysis, scene development, auditioning technique, proper use of voice and body movement. There will also be a segment on the art of directing. Repeat Students‐Welcome!

The Craft of Set Construction:
Sundays Dec 3, 10, 17, 24, 2017, Jan 7, 14, 21, 28, 2018
12:15 -2:00 PM - Post Theater

Learn proper theatrical design techniques and how to construct theatrical sets and props from master theater craftsman, Anthony Homsey. You will learn basic carpentry skills, what tools are best and how to properly use them while building the actual sets for the RTC’s Young People’s Theatre Workshop Productions. Some basic carpentry skills are helpful but not required.

The Art of Theatrical Sound Design:
Sundays Dec. 3, 10, 17, 2017 Jan. 7, 14, 21, 2018
2:00-3:00 P.M. Post Theater

Learn how to provide sound for theatrical productions, concerts and
large business events. Learn to set up and operate high tech sound
equipment. Master all the skills needed to become a fully trained audio
technician. Hone your newly acquired skills as an intern right here at
our theater. Small class size allows for one‐on‐one hands‐on training.
